    Rotax in and running.

    Had the engine in and out twice today setting points and timing.
    Runs good now but it's too late for a drive.
    Check out the video.....the audio is better sry about the lighting.

    i could not tell is that a 503 if it is thats what we use in hovercraft .

    It's a 371cc rotax out of a 1969 ski doo Nordic.
    It really screams in my Bazooo.

    I think it's a bit rich at idle ...still doing carb adjustments and tuning the steering clutches so they are equal. It's a bit hairy at higher speed when I take it down the road. I need to replace the tires and hope that helps.

    Sounds and moves good....i just bought 2 503 rotax ( a single carb and a dual carb)....hopefully they run as good as yours does....

    that 503 with dual carbs pushes my hovercraft about 65 miles an hour across the ice but man does it eat the fuel at wot.
