    295 jlo lost spark

    i got a jlo that seems to have spark then looses it then comes back. anyone know what it might be loose wire points not adjusted right. its in a mckee roughrider

    loose flywheel or poor ground on the coil or faulty kill switch.
    check the wires on the keyswitch also.

    I had a honda oddesey do the same thing and it ended up being the pulse coil.

    It is either the points, a loose wire or the plug wire, try burnishing the points and see if that helps if it does order a new set because they are probably about shot.
