Well seems pretty nice so far. Not a problem and chains are staying on. They did pop a tire though. It don't swim well with tires on wrong way.

Interesting notes, the wheels are 3 lug. It is a '72 and the body is abs. It shares the same body as my 208/TT and 225/H. The only difference is the exhaust is side mount and there is a notch in the body for the clutch in the colt. The dimensions are same. I was thinking that model was wider untile we got it. The mold on my 2 are identical with exceptions of cut outs and both run the baker hill while his runs T20 of coarse. His hood is more like the newer ones with the hinge in the back.

    Hey Larry,

I have a 72 Colt and a 2nd one for parts. They're great machines. My Colt was my first Attex. Got it almost 10 years ago.

Are you sure, Larry? I'm going from memory here, but I think the first generation frames were just a hair over 24" and the later frames were 26".

I've got some Colt parts if you run into problems.

Stuck in the seventies- not in the swamp.

    (6) Attex, a Hustler, a Super Swamp Fox, (2) Tricarts, (3) Tri-sports, a Sno-co trike, 3 Dunecycles, and a Starcraft! ...so far

Well we lined them up side by side and nose to nose just looking at differances and didnt notice that, but could be. Ill measure when I get a chance. I do know the width where the band seam is, is the same. I forgot to mention that the bottom channels where the sprockets and chains are on each side of the tub are wider on the colt. But the middle is narrower in between so I assumed it was same wide down there.
