    Help identify this transmission

    I would like to find out what used this transmission, it has metal plate on it that says comet hi perf drive systems and amphibious veh for model number and can't make out serial numberimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

    Hmmm, I can't say I've ever seen one of these. Maybe it was out of a REB or Terra Jet 4x4 amphibious ATV? I really don't know.

    Doesn't look like anything more than a chain case with a brake, perhaps from something like a Heald Kit or a Manco trike. I see a Comet sticker on the case, try Quality Drives if they are who bought Comet.

    First though was an enclosed Torqavertor but looks to have a oil level and fill hole.
