Looks like the list is growing pretty fast. I think the more folks we get on board, the better price we'll be offered.

This is what the Interco rep told me:

    Jeff:

The ASX design (sidewall lugs on only one side) is the standard for this model and the one we are bringing back. If all goes well with the factory we should have these tires in inventory by the end of May; maybe sooner but these things are hard to judge.

Please keep in touch and I will advise on progress.

    We sincerely appreciate your interest.

We've got quite a list going here, guys. I'm hoping we can get a pretty good group discount. I'll let our Interco rep know.

Will these tires fit on a Max IV for sure? I'm in the process of buying a 2001 Max IV 900T with older style RI tracks on 21x11x8 tires wich will come off and be sold and I was looking at trying to get the traditional 26x12x12 terra grips but these vampire ASX tires look mean. I will also need 12" rims? Thanks

These will fit a Max IV for sure. There are members out there that have them and they're a world of difference over the 26x12x12 stock Goodyear Super Terra Grips. You will need 12" rims, they're available from Recreatives. Amphibious Six-Wheel Drive All-Terrain Vehicles: MaxATVs - Call 1-800-255-2511

Damn right it is! Thanks again for the help today, let me know when I can return the favor!

How much per tire are the vamps? Why will they not fit on the (2001) MaxII's? Are the axles too close together, or is it the tub height?
6X6 toys...... now THAT is down right American!
