    Downeast Maine finger lakes region of new york

    I live in Downeast maine and would love to find a few people to tool around with. I also go to central new york a few times a year.(all my family lives there still) I would be willing to trailer my machine down there too. Seth

    Chapy, as you prob. know we have been enjoying a ride in NY, about 90 miles from Buffalo for some years now. Attendance was down last year for some reason and I have not heard confirmation that it is on for this year. It is a great ride-in mid June?- and at least 3 groups come up from Mass. every year. Hope it happens.

    philip i was in contact with copper ridge abought a month ago and they are not going to be open this year due to cost of insurance and the fact it cannot be purchesed for weekend events anymore you have to pay for 3 months at a time! and the fact that attendance was down not only for the 6 wheeler ride but all of the quad dice runs as well the place will shurely be missed!!!!
    they dont call me mad because im angry!!!!! im just a little crazy thats all!!!!

    Talk about being the bearer of bad news! I did not know , but it is nice to know in time to make other plans. Thank heavens the Ledges ride is a go. Thanks Mad Max

    Junkman, I live in Gouldsboro. It is an hour east of bangor. We live right on u.s. rt 1 We have miles of logging roads with lots of good ridding and lots of ponds to swim in. Well after the snow and ice melts. Can't get to the roads yet. Seth

    Hey Chapy,,Have been on Rte 9 many times,,heading to my Uncle's place in Nova Scotia ! I am in Eastern CT,,Logging Roads and Ponds sound like a Great ride,,not too far away either,,whats the law with being registered & Insured in ME ?

    Maybe a few of us could get together for a ride up your way sometime ??

    PS Have been Snowmobiling in Dover Foxcroft a few yrs back,,went across MooseHead lake at 90 mph,,,,what a blurr that was,,,Wooooo !
