    What kind of helmet?

Shona (Bugs82) mentioned that her and her husband needed to pick up some helmets for their newly acquired Argo. If you see my last video, you know that I need one too so what do you recommend?

Obviously helmets need to be safe but also comfortable, cheap and possible good looking too as I wouldn't want to ruin my image

So what do you use and where did you purchase it?

    Mike,

I know it doesn't fit the bill for good looking but I use a full face helmet. I was wearing it in the woods with the shield up my roll bar funneled a branch that hit my face less than an inch from my eye! From now on the shield is down. At the very least an open face with goggles (think MX)

Check out ebay too. I bought a very nice HJC full face helmet (used, but it looked like it was still new) for my yamaha sport bike and it was only $35. Just do a search for Bell Helmet, HJC Helmet, etc. And by the way, whenever I am going fast in a machine, such as driving Hydromike's 440cc Cuyuna ultralite powered Attex racer or my Attex racer (which is almost complete) I always wear a helmet along with using the same 5 point racing harness that NHRA drag racers have. Its a good idea to be safe when you're going 45+mph in a little piece of plastic with a big engine in it.
