27 horse liquid cooled Kawasaki motor?

I have a chance to get a 27 horse liquid cooled Kawasaki motor, Do you guys think that's too much for a 900hk hustler? T-20 transmission could handle it, but I worry about the single strand of #50 chain and the weight? I was thinking more along the 20-23 horse vanguard motor? Not to mention fitting the radiator and everything in?

    Any thoughts?

If it fits, it will be one heck of a nice power plant. RI puts up to a 29 liquid cooled kawi in the Max IV currently. It too has the #50 chain on it. The old 2-strokes put out more like 50HP and ran #50 chain.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

Try do do some measurements first, the water cooled engines are generally taller and wider than the aircooled

I agree with Jim, if it fits, it would be a great addition to the Hustler!!

Not to rain on the parade, but I don't think it will fit the Hustler. I was looking at the Kawasaki engine recently and its fairly large. A Briggs 16-20 air cooled will however, and the machine will perform very well.
