Smile Governor Disable help Briggs Vangaurd V-twin 18HP!

Hello, I've got an 18HP Vangaurd v-twin, that I would like to disable the mechanical governor on.

I have the Hi rev kit, ported and modified exhaust and also an Equus 8068 tach.

Could someone please explain in detail how to disable the governor, without removing it completely?

I know this a repetitive topic but I can't seem to find a good explanation anywhere. I also know it's not recommended...but I'm gonna do it anyways

    Thank-you for your replies
