    It has broken all but one chain now, another today, a 60 drive chain. So much rust. Frame, axles, everything but the sprockets look to be wasted. Oh well. I am going to run it as is and replace what breaks for now. Bearings all likely all shot. When it runs it will do anything. I like the challenge of it, and I have learned that this thing should be driven like a backhoe, slow and easy. Any hard maneuvers lead to broken chains. I suppose if it were all fresh you could beat it like a rental car.

    According to my sources you will probably need to replace the bearings too. That much water in the tub can saturate them. After a long time, rust sets in and the bearings are trashed. If you haven't already done so, grease them as soon as you can. That will force out the rest of the water. It might also help keep the water out when you go swimming.
