I have broken two axle flanges. The first was when the wife had taken the argo out with a friend and they were just coming back from a ten mile trip to go snowshoeing in the hills. Thank god they only had to snowshoe out about a mile. That was the right front. The left rear broke on me about two months latter and I had to be towed out.over a high mountain ridge. After that I said the heck with it and replaced them all.
Strange because that was also with the old super track.
The HDI may have a little better bearing housing then the conquest

Just got back from Victoriaville QC, picked up the used chanel tracks. They look pretty rugged, looking forward to trying them this fall.
    Thanks for all the info
