    No clue why, but the only issues I've ever had with bores have been on hustler T-20s. 30 ish t-20s of max, hustler,attex and "other" origins. Jim, Bridget and George have set you on the Right path. Brake hone, new #30 o-rings and a double O-ring bottom plunger should fix it.

    Thanks everyone for the advice! I will break down the tranny and check out the plunger holes, lightly hone them and put new double ring plungers with #30 o-rings. I believe that I already have double o-ring plungers but I will check it out. Thanks again
