    T20 Easy Shift question

Haven't posted for some time. I'm looking to make a set of T20 easy shifters for my Max IV. I have seen a picture on here, I thing made by Richards Relics. As I am in England it will be much cheaper and quicker for me to turn them in my workshop.
Can anyone tell me what torque the compression springs should be?
Just knowing whether they should be soft or hard would help, I could then experiment. Thanks.

    Hi,
You never got an answer I see but I am wondering did you ever make up a set of spring shifters and if so, how are they?
