    G50B fuel

Whats everyone running for octane in the G50B? I remember having a '73 rotax 440 that had really high compression and required as high an octane as I could get (probably 91 at the time) to run w/o pinging all the time.

Waiting for delivery of my superchief and asking questions as I think of them.....

    Thanks

I run 91 octane in all of my machines, but I've experimented with 87 through 93, and found no difference in performance or preignition either way. The G50B in the RIM runs great on 87 octane and a 40:1 mixture. The 503 Rotax doesn't really seem to care, either. I bet your excited about your Superchief! Welcome to the club....
