    Hustler Drain Plug Question

Could one of you fellow Hustler owners on the board here possibly snap a picture of the drain plug hole on your machine. On my Hustler the drain plug hole has a metal flange with an aluminum sleeve in it. Im not sure if its factory original or not. Any replies would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, it's factory. Mine did not last long and a shop vac works better. I made a similar hole on the other side and scrapped the alum sleeve..Made a modified boat plug to fit,

Thanks. That shop vac nozzle sounds like a good idea. I definetley want to put one on the other side as well.
