Might as well give a 2 year old update to how everything worked.
The Max has worked fantastic, so much easer on us with no feedback from the steering. We can pretty much go straight down the cutline without getting stuck. The 1 mile of trail that we cut going to the cabin is very tight and winding. The trailer follows the Max perfect, with the quad every turn was cut wide to avoid hitting a tree.

The second trip in we hit a well placed rock that was in some tire ruts and sliced the sidewall on the front Argo tire. Lucky for us we hauled the tru powers up with us. Traction was better with the tru powers but the ride was a lot rougher! I tried plugging the Argo tire and it held air for a year with no weight on it so we swapped them back and got our softer ride back.( We removed the rock! )

We haven't used the top yet, just throw a tarp over it when it rains at the cabin.

I did smoke the belt on the first trip in and it still slips sometimes starting out if its in a bind and loaded heavy. I did bring the old one back to CO so I could fine a new one.

The belt is a Recreatives Ltd Carlisle 018039 for a 2007 Max iv with the kaw 27HP
Looking for a top quality replacement, anybody know a place to buy one?

Where did you get the boxes to go under the seats?
