    MAX II engine cover

    Looking for a engine cover for a MAX II.

    What Year ?
    Is it the Flat plate or the Hump cover ??

    again, what year/ what engine. Hump cover to go over a modern briggs/ kohler machine, or the small one to go over the valve cover on an older Tecumseh equipped machine?

    No Problem
    If your not sure on the year give us the Searieal # on the plate on the dash.
    Or easyer yet if it has a Briggs 14 to 18 engine in it ?
    Someone here will be able to hook you up !

    OK Now we are in the park !
    So you may need to FIT a newer cover to it ?
    Can you up load a pic so we can see what your working with ?

    basically I will cut my upper body that had the small flat plate to fit the new engine cover. I don't have any pics machine is still apart, bare frame is on a table getting inner axel bearings installed and frame painted.

    Well at this point if you can't find a factory Hump cover I would make a Top filler cover unless you want the tube carrying section.?
    Some guys run with out them to let the heat build up out and I have seen some cut the whole floor out and make a top cover so it was easy to get at the engine and drive . It's all in what you want in the end product ?
