Is this a one-of-a-kind vehicle? Google gives no relevant results on "Wild Mouse Springer"
I think the more information you could give, the better. What kind of ATV was it? How many tires/axles? How big was it? What transmission? What engine? etc.
I might know we're it is. I will check and PM you.
Is that the one JerseyBigfoot has been "working on" for many years?
