Ironically, just 2 days ago I was thinking I want a 980. I like the bigger tires and deeper tub. But, as Wedge says, THATS A PROJECT! Plus it is about 7 hours or so away from me. Plus it's got some extra holes cut in the tub, along with who knows what else.

I'm not really seeing the extra holes in the body, if you are talking the large hole it's factory on the 980's though it is missing it's grate.

The TN. atv parks are not far from there, make it a weekend.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Yep. Those nicely cut holes behind the engine is what I was talking about. Quite frankly, it wouldn't take a whole lot to fix them.

There are no extra holes in the tub that are shown in the pictures. I think it's a fantastic price for a 980. It doesn't look to be in bad shape overall..... don't bexpect shy, dive in!

I do see the holes now, looks like hole saw to access starter bolts or drain the oil. Having computer\site issues.

Doh, I see them now. Just cover them up with big trailer hitch.
