Anyone comin to pine lake selling a complete turn key machine??? A guy thats coimin without a machine asked me last night if there would possibly be a "beater" for sale over there.

You could put a motor and trans in mine and he could run that, engine and trans won't take much room going home.
Hand him a rental bill or have him do the work you have a week, I've done worse for a weeks ride and it's still going ( though some after mods were done).
