    Predator low oil sensor?

Anyone had this sensor out yet?? Mine is leaking oil out of the center of it or where the wire comes out. Just curious as I guess I’ll prolly weld the hole shut to stop it or just a bolt if anyone knew the thread pitch.
    Thank you in advance

If it will run without I'd remove it and the wire, believe its just a shutdown.

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Yes Jim. I cut the wire last year at ash. Gotta pull starter off to even get to it before I can figure out threads or just take it out and weld the hole shut. Just wondering if anyone else ran into this yet!! Or if I’m just that lucky!! Lol

I only had mine in the conquest about 130 miles between ash and tn, left it in MD on the way home, so no for me.

Here’s an update on that sensor. You have to take crankcase cover off to get it out. So I cut wire off flush and pushed it in the hole a lil bit and filled with RTV and will see if that will hold the leak. I’ll keep ya posted on this

I've seen a guy on youtube called red beards garage take apart a 420cc predator and he used a 7/16 tap to thread the hole. Not sure if sensor is same on both engines

Will take a look at that, but I just don’t really feel like taking crankcase cover off to remove from the inside. If I get real ambitious I may pull that cover off and take it out. Until then I’ll hope the rtv holds
