    hey boys...i just saw the ruckus online . cool little bike ! if deedee can do 20 mph , my thin body should hit 30 !! i like it . j.b.

    There's people that ride them on the street around here, I imagine just register it like a scooter. They're not running down i-81 or anything like that but they cruise the secondary roads no problem, I'm not sure how long it takes to get to top speed but most of the roads are 35-45 mph speed limit around here.
