    Pennsylvania stay at home order

I'm a little confused and Google isn't helping me much. Is governor wolf's stay at home order an actual lockdown or is it an advisory? I'm wanting to go meet up to buy another 6x6 but don't want to spend $200+ in fines to make the trip. It's about 5.5 hours each way plus b.s. and loadup time. So I might throw the bed in back and try and make a one nighter camping trip of it. I can stop off at my buddies cabins in northern pa to park for the night on my way back. Just not into a fine. Or even worse hauled off to an experiment camp Nazi style if anyone has conspiracy theories. Thanks for helping clarify if it's mandated or suggested? I'm not trying to be out in public other than to gas up and get on the highway get to new York and back.
