    T 20 Broken Band??

I pulled the top half off the Maxx, remove the battery, checking the band adjustment and the lower band clevis on the driver's side is pulling out of the case about 3/4 of an inch. Ideas ?? The others come out my 1/4 inch. Unit not running right now so I can't check much.

if the band was broken, the lateral would fall forward and hit the dash. likely no friction material left on that band, and possible it gouged into the drum. Worth splitting the transmission and taking a look

I was afraid someone would say that ,,Thanks. I'm going to rig up a temp gas tank,,fire it up and see what happens. I built the split shifter's and installed them.

not the best case, but bands can be relined pretty cheap... if they aren't broken. post some pics when you get into it and we will let you know what looks good and bad
