    That as you guessed is an old stock photo. She is showing some battle scars now and she and I are both are not real concerned with how we look anymore, just as long as we make it through the end of the day under our own power.

    I am trying a long term experiment in order to see the results. Every t20 band I have seen broken is where the single thickness band meets the eye loop. My thinking is that after thousands of constrict and relax motions the material may be getting slightly work hardened. So what I did is add that little transition bead to stiffen it slightly in the middle so it does not flex so straight across the band. This was done on brand new bands when I last rebuild the trans. I do believe the new thicker band material that is on the newer bands when you order them anymore will also help with the matter. Time will tell.
