12" bead lock rings, you want some?

    Hi all,
I just did a design for weld on bead lock rings for 12" steel wheels. Nothing fancy, but will have drain holes to clean mud out and let drain.
I have the DXF drawing done so it'll just be cost for material and time.
I will talk to my guy with the big plasma table and see how much he will charge, but the more interest/orders we get, the cheaper for us all.

Let me know as soon as possible.

I might want a set if the price is right.

I got the first quote this morning.
$355.00 for 24 rings, that's assuming you do both sides of the rim, and why wouldn't you, but I have seen people only do the outside of the rim. If you go that route, then $177.25 plus shipping.
I'm sure I will not get a better price than this.
I will not be getting paid anything for these, but you will have to pay shipping cost.
I did specify that they not do any cleanup or deburring after being cut to keep cost down, as I'm sure anyone interested in doing beadlocks themselves, can also do the cleanup.
I did a lot of research on 12" beadlocks. It seems everyone is getting out of 12" rings, but the ones I did find start at $45.00 a ring. That's $1080.00 for the set.
I don't need pretty rings, just functional.
I will get the first prototype this evening and I'll post pictures.
    I am getting three sets.
    Who else wants some?
    The more, the cheaper.

Just curious, can you fit 8 inch beadlocks inside the 12 inchers? More bang for your buck if you can...

Absolutely. Is there interest for 8" beadlocks?

Me personally, I don't have any interest, but the racers run 8 inch rims.

    First prototype is done.
I made some slight adjustments, just a few less bolt holes and bigger drain holes.
This piece has not been cleaned, (but will need it) and it looks great. My guy did adjustments on the fly while it was being cut and dialed it in.
Complete set will be done Tuesday.

You will not find a full set cheaper.

    Interest peaked anyone?
