I have a 16 ho tecumseh with a walbro WHG-17-1 carb it runs rich i tryed to adjust the air fuel mixtures and doest help i got them set at 2 turns out .It runs good at idle to 3/4 throttle but at full throttle it boggs and revs up and boggs i took the carb off and clean it when i took the fuel bowl off i trun it up side down and look at the needle thats in the center of the carb and its of to one side.I dont know if it has to be in the center and what should the float be set at
