Swim tire?

    Swim tire?

    Does anyone know if this style tire will swim at all?

    What it lacks in ground clearance it makes up for with traction.

    I've heard they do not.

    They do swim ok if you cut the knobs off in between the chevrons. Helps with steering too. Sorry about the sideways picture

    Now that’s very interesting. Did they swim at all before you cut them off? What brand tires are they?

    They did swim before I cut them off but very very slowly. It was a noticable difference once they were off. Mine are the duro mud and snow 22 11 8. Steering got way easier too.. less sideways traction. I I'd defidently recommend the mod if you get that style of tire
