Argo 8x8 comet / salsbury 780 - type and replacement - too low speed

    comet 780.jpgHi,

Got first run after quick refurbish (engine, belt chain etc) and seems Argo i too slow! ~10km/h ... Looks like Driver clutch is closed only to half (middle) at max rpm and Driver Clutch is open also to half (middle) so belt is running exactly at middle of both pulley...

belt size is proper 1 3/16" (32mm) and the length too 45,69" ...

I suspect Driver clutch is worn - and weight roller is too small for this usage.

Could you please advice what exact type I have? and what's best replacement?
