    runs good again

    was having trouble with hydro lock in my max 2's vanguard .took it to a friend who is a small engine mechanic . it just was'nt running right either . after cleaning out the carb , cleaning out the gas tank and new fuel lines ,filter and air cleaner...she purr's right along. it was worth paying a more knowledgable person than myself . ready for winter now . johnboy va.

    thanks noel ..that's a definite ! i'll check the local auto parts if that's the place to get it . i probably let the fuel lines past their good condition use too and need to make sure and use a funnel with a screen in it . i try to use non ethanol as much as possible , but is kind of scarce around here . jboy

    John glad to hear you got it all good now, as mentioned startron is a good thing, a shut off valve for extended periods of parked is also good, you can run all the gas out of the carb.


    My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.
