    Storing an Argo

Going to store and not drive my 2022 8X8 Argo for couple months and was wondering about jacking it up and taking weight off the tires using some 2x8 boards 1 foot long under each corner. Is this going to be a problem later with the fiberglass body ?

Why do that? Personally my Avenger has been off the tires in the garage twice in 15 years, when I was working on it. Otherwise I drive it into the garage, put a cover on it, and it waits for its next trip. Typically it'll sit for 9 months or so, after hunting season until the following year.

From my owners manual for my 2014 Argo. Clearly says to elevate the vehicle off the ground. Numerous other procedures are listed for storing your Argo. I included a link above. Hopefully, you can access it. Page 48 details storage procedures. Take care of your vehicle correctly.

raiseing the argo off the ground would eliminate flat spots or morning sickness on the tires.but that goes away in a 100 yards anyhow.
