I want to thank Jimmy for his purchase of a Mudd-Ox. I am very blessed to have dealers like Ken Bost. I also want to thank everyone here on the message board for your support of the Mudd-Ox. It sure makes all of us here at the factory Proud.

    With great thanks,

    Matt and the Mudd-Ox team.

    Smile Mudd Ox Purchase

    Good evening everyone,

I would like to say thank you Jimmy for your purchase of the Mudd Ox as well as say thanks to all of you for your kind words regarding me. Also I would like to thanks Matt for building a superior piece of equiptment in the Mudd ox. Just a word about Jimmy, He has a high degree of mechanical ability and does not mind getting his hand dirty, handles the Mudd Ox exceptionaly well to have no experience with a multi-wheel ATV and may be able to show us a thing or two. Happy to see you on the site Jimmy.

    Best Regards
    Ken Bost

The Mudd-Ox has a mechanical emergency/parking brake but the steering and slowing (braking) is all hydraulic. there is no transmission per say so you you can go from forward to reverse instantly and therefore have one side going forward and the opposite side in reverse and turn in its own length. This is done without powerloss unlike some of the other skid steer systems(Argo).

    Mudd OX

Went out on maiden voyge yesterday with the ox. Man this thing is unstoppable. We crossed a cutdown with lying trees, logs, stumps. two runs with steep banks no problem. My brother is the most negative person in the world and he was impressed. When we got back to the truck, the ditch bank had give way and my truck had just slid sideways in the ditch. We have had a flood the last three days. I was about to call my wife to come get us when my brother said see if the musk ox will pull it out. I said its a MUDD OX. I wish we would have had a video camera, that thing pulled truck and trailer right out of the ditch. He said I'm calling it the musk ox from now on, because it's as strong as one. I think I'm going to like it.
