ALSO JUST GOT A ORIGINAL COPY OF AN ATTEX MANUAL FOR 1972 NICE NOSTALGIA ,BUT IT DOESN'T INCLUDE MY MACHINE, DOES ANYONE KNOW THE YEARS THE THUNDERCHIEF WAS PRODUCED? THANKS FOR ANY HELP!

The Thunderchief was produced from 73 to 75, but the frame will be the same from late 1972 to 1980. I've got bare frames I can post a picture of, or frames that are in use with all the hardware. What specifically do you need to see?
Stuck in the seventies- not in the swamp.

    (6) Attex, a Hustler, a Super Swamp Fox, (2) Tricarts, (3) Tri-sports, a Sno-co trike, 3 Dunecycles, and a Starcraft! ...so far

    My 252 Crazy Colt frame

    252 frame

I haven't looked at my T'Cheif for a while to tell you if it's exactly the same.

Both the 252 and T'Cheif had the T-20 tranny in it. My 297 has the Baker Hill trans and that frame is made of angle and not channel.
