So ugly it's cute......no, it's just really ugly

Just recieved a Super Swamp Fox project! I've only seen one other and it had a Tecumseh single in it, so I guess it wasn't "Super". This one looks pretty solid, but will need some serious work. It's really wide and there's a lot of room in the passenger area, and it's got a factory split-shift T20.

Wow Don! I can't wait to see this finished. I'm interested to see how the split-shift works.

Looks like a neat project! That is a big machine. What is the body material? Is that an Onan engine in there?

Hope you have a friend in the sandblasting business!

    Super Swamp Fox (Brisbane Australia)

Don, here is an old link to a guy in Brisbane Australia, that has his Super Swamp Fox for sale. In the description he describes a hydrostatic drive system, I think he changed out the T-20. Maybe you could make contact with him about your restoration project.

The body's fiberglass and looks like it's in pretty good shape. Yes, it's an Onan, but I'm not sure of the horsepower yet. From all the information I've gathered, it may be a 25 horse.

Thanks for the link BW6. I like the two-tone paint on the Aussie SSF- may have to do the same.

    Don,

Exellent find on the Swamp Fox. The forum member wildtexasranger has wanted a Super Swamp Fox ever since I,ve known him. I went to the website link that BW6 posted,,and that Super Swamp Fox in Brisbane , Australia is a really nice looking machine. They really look wide though. Don,,how wide does it measure from out side to out side of the front tires? You sure could,nt drive it on the trails we ride on.
