Need help hooking up new throttle cable on Bigfoot

I broke a cable out in the bush a couple weeks ago. I went to install the new one tonight, but I can't figure out where the un-threaded end at he motor goes? I don't mean the bend clip itself that goes into the throttle plate, but what creates the resistance for it to pull...something I am missing.

If you have a pic of the motor/throttle control that would be perfect.

    Thanks in advance.

Lager, I don't know what kind of motor you have or if the Argo throttle cable is different for some reason but here is the way that mine mounts on the 18 HP Briggs in my Max. Really I don't think I have ever seen anything else on a briggs motor.

Is that what you were talking about?
