Would this engine be able to use the clutch off my non-working Tecumseh OH160 (Max IV, vintage 1970's)?

If the crank on the tecumseh is the same 1" daimeter the clutch will fit. There both 4 strokes so as long as the bore is the same it will. I replace where a 8hp briggs is suppose to be with the same engine and I did have to move the engine over to the right some to get the belt lined up. But you may not need to do that. My problem was the 16hp powermax was so much wider then the 8 briggs.

I cant tell you off hand what your crank size is. I bet someone else here can.
