Rivets for skidplate on a max

I need to replace a few rivets on my max IV specifically the ones that go through the skid plate and the body.

What size / kind of rivet is used? Is it a rivet and washer combination? Does RI use a type of waterproof rivet?

Yeah, it's a pretty specific water-proof style rivet that's sealed (I forget the correct terminology...) Each rivet has a neoprene washer and a steel washer associated with it. You can try to find aftermarket ones, or you can simply get them from RI to assure that you get the right ones the first time... RI is just down the road from me, so I like to stop by and check out stuff there anyway...
