    Hi
    Thanks ,Very nice chassis setup
I am interested on how they perform so I can compare them to the transmission mounted units .Good and bad point of axle brakes ???
What is the diameter of the discs ??etc

The T20 mounted disc setup works a little to good

    T20 mounted brakes
    PROS
    large brake capacity
Out of the water in tub
The mechanical linkage for the stock system puts up with mildly warped discs and still works

    Cons
disc mounted next to chain [lube contamination onto pads ]
The mechanical caliper slides rust and cause caliper to stick therefore does not align with disc and warps the disc
The disc is loosely mounted not good for conversion to hydraulics
there seems to be a lot of wear and tare in the slots which mount the disc
[on a hydraulic conversion a loose disc will slap the pads to the max release position. This causes a double pump of the pedal to push pads out ..

Will most likely use the axle mounted version on the next project .

    cheers Tomo
