Thread: Jackal C868s on the way...we will see...

  1. #21

have some on my vany 2

they work great in mud and they swim better then the runnamucks. But are a little hard on the yard
And something not so good. From runnamucks to the jackal you loose some clearance but gain some width. And the ride is good at 3.5 psi even with the 4 ply. NO REGRETS

I found a good place to buy them for $50 with shipping. actually it's $35 a tire and $15 to ship. $15 for the first tire and $8 for each additional tire. THATS THE BEST I COULD FIND
    store called motorheadzone on ebay

They look good on there. Do they swim the way you have them shown in the pictures or did you have to turn them around backwards?

    tires

flip flopped the tires. I turned them around for deer hunting for the mud.Never tried them this way yet.

And I also contacted motorhead.com about the 22x11x8 and there sold out of this size. But they do have other sizes if that makes a difference??? FOR ME NOT SO MUCH

Got them on, as well as all new chains, bearings and seals...fun! But, as of yet I have not had a chance to get its new shoes wet, one thing after another it seems, the last being having to replace all the bearings on my tandem axle trailer that I haul it and the 4 wheelers on. Hopefully I can break away this weekend, I really want to see how they do mounted both ways.

did he by chance think he would possibly be able to get more of this size of these tires, because the biggest i can go with my machine is 22x11x8 and this is a very good price for the tires and definately in my price range.

they don't work very good the way it shows in picture. But they do swim the other way. 20 times better in mud then runnamucks. I'm interested to see how there going to work in snow.
