    2 ply vs. 6 ply - what's the difference?

I see some 2-ply ATV tires for my tracks that are a real good deal. I remember reading some recommendations to get 2-ply tires. What's the difference in ride between the 2 and 6 ply?

If you have two of the same tires and one is 2 ply while the other is 6 ply, the two ply should theoretically ride better. A 6 ply tire has four more layers of rubber with whatever support they use in between (cotton, nylon, steel, etc).
