Mike, how can ya tell a right band from the left band? I need to have mine relined and I dont know what to look for that tells me the right from the left.

All I did was pull the pin and turned it around and put it back in. Works fine, just like a new pin would.
Where does one get the bands relined? Whats the thickness when relined? Since Im redoing my T 20.. I dont know how to tell if the bands need relining.
What do I look for to know if the bands are any good? In the picture, http://www.rjsoriginals.bizland.com/skidBands.htm
A. shows signs of grit or dirt or whatever on that surface of the band. I...

I'll have to take some pictures. As for now. What I have read in the posts that Mike put in here. I had seen those before. Also,... about the paddle being submerged and fighting it's propulsion. I...
Mike,.. your fast at moving the thread! Anyways, I dont have "paddle tires" as you have renamed the thread. I made a set of paddles that I'm still experimenting with and so far they seem to work. I...
Once again,.. I'm back.
Question,... If you could put a set of paddles on one choice of the 3 axles.
Where would you put them? Front, middle or the rear?

Thanks and my busy season isn't over with yet. Whenever there's a big MC event, like Sturgis MC Ralley. Things will slow down enough for a week or so.
I talked with Tim on the phone last night...
Well I'm back! I recently picked up 6 20x10x8 turf tires for my Hustler 950. Got them all for 120 bucks! Practically brand new. Got them at this LINK
The reason for these tires. Im in the process...
All fixed. I pulled the diamond plate shifters out. The steel pins were in good shape and weren't a problem to remove them at all. I turned them around and reinserted them. Now the ends are like new....
My diamond shifters are secured with a plate bolted to the top side of the case half.
While in the swamp. I could no longer shift in reverse and when I shifted forward. It worked only on one side....
I rebuilt the tracks on one side. Took the better part of two days. I didnt have enough play to put tracks on with the removal of one of its links. Even with the tires totally deflated. So it has to...
Well you found better pricing than I found for the SS. I just went with the steel rods. If your rods have corrosion like mine have. Do yourself a favor and ream the holes. You'll a lot easier time at...
that grease needle idea would be nice but theres like 14 knuckles that mate each other between two links and that multiplied by 60 links. Thats way too much work. Besides. I run mine in swamp water,...
I forgot about the characteristics of a coil thats heading south. That would do what your saying is happening.
