Has anyone ever tried the Carlisle Chevron AT101's in the 24x12x12 on a Max II ? They look like an impressive tire and I'm wondering how the max would ride say on 2 1/2 PSI.

They'll ride pretty rough I'm guessing because there isn't very much sidewall with a 12" rim. They'd swim well, but any shorter tire on a 12" rim will ride rough. I remember seeing a couple of older Max II's with 23x10.50x12 garden tractor tires and wheels from the factory, and that wheel and tire option rode so rough they stopped offering them.

I have looked at pictures of the tire/sidewall and have to agree . I am definitely at the stage now of smoother ride rather than rougher. With the current track systems available I am looking at the possibility of a summer track system and a spare set of 21" tires while they are still available.
