Those don't actually look too bad
Check the tabs on the segmets, where the pins run through. Check to see that the Pin Tabs are not cracking/breaking off, check the pin holes and the outer part of the tabs for wear. The pins wear the tabs from the inside out, and the ground wears the tabs from the outside to the inside.
Check the ends of the tire guides for sharp edges. As the track twists in uneven terrain, the tire guides get forced intot he tire sidewalls and rims. The rims can dig into the guides, leaving sharp edges that will cut into the tire sidewalls.
Those pins are going to be a Bear to remove, when it comes to that time.
