Rawhide tire height

Hi everyone, I m gonna buy a set of six tires for my 1985 Vanguard. The only thing stopping me is a mesure... Can someone tell me the height of a Goodyear Rawhide III 22-11-8 inflated at 3-6 psi of air( from the ground to the top of the tire).

My old runamuck are 20''-10-8 and if i mesure them, they are at 21" top from the ground with 3-5 psi of air... Looks like my tire are the original from 1985 and they are really balled... My friend told me that my tire are stretched!!! He run, on his 1997 8x8 conquest, 22-11-8 runnamuck and he got plenty of space. I also took the distance between the center of one wheel to the next and we have the same mesure( 24") on both machine. I m pretty confiant that it's gonna fit but i just want a confirmation from someone who got these tire (rawhide III) on his machine.
