T-20 Clutch identification

Hey guys, I have what i believe to be a 78 ' attex 400 chief with the older style t-20 with the 19 tooth gears and slide pin calipers on it. I am in need of new teflon sliders for the clutch on the transmission but no one can give me any way to identify the brand or model so i can get the right style sliders. I was hoping someone might be able to tell me what those machines came with provided no one has changed the clutch or if anyone can give me a way to identify it. Where would be the best place to find the sliders? Could i get them from PU, Tucker, Dennis Kirk?
