      Nice job!!! What kind of plastic welder do you have? I have a harbor freight one with variable temperature and airflow but I think I need some more practice. What kind of filler are you using?

      I have access to wegener air welders very expensive sometimes they let us bring them home. we do not weld ABS at work so i am still on trial basis i try to keep the heat 300 or below. The heat elements cost between 250.00 to 300.00 put the pieces together and tack together then weld i got the welding rod from us plastics. I was told the cheaper units vary to much on the heat . I have not used any other unit yet air flow is important. HERE IS WHAT WE BUILD AT WORK HERE IS A LINK we glue and weld alot of pvc and poly and cpvc together http://www.chemcut.net/
