This one actually came out of a wrecked ultralight aircraft (the aircleaner's still bent). It's a variation of the Rockwell JLO elsewhere in the gallery. This one is made by Cuyuna after they took over JLO. It's a model ULII-02, and displaces 430cc. I think it's rated at about 35hp, but it feels more like 45. Lots of guts.

hey Hydro do you ever have problems with over heating of these 2 cycle engines. I just purchased a Max II with a 440 Kohler F/C.Provided it has all ducting for cooling and getting rid of hot air and is running correctly will I be able to successfully run it in the summer months? I am also curious why these light and powerful engines are no longer used in the new 6x6s
