Engine is in update

Description: Finally got the engine mount all finished up, and got the massive Honda 18 horse bolted in.. Had to trim the body just a little bit to get it to clear, but oh well. I'm gonna say that the way I designed the mount is a lot stronger than the factory four stroke that I could have bought, and this was all out of scraps that I had laying around. It's nice to finally have the engine bolted in, and now I can get the exhaust figured out.

Description: I know, I'm missing two wheels, but hey, I'm just glad to have wheels on it period after trying to figure that part out for so long.. I may do a little body remolding, since I only have about a half inch of clearance between the tub and the tires, but they fit.. Nice big ol 22 inch tires..

Description: One very good thought that I had since I had to make my own harness between the regulator and engine, I decided to put a plug connector at the engine. This should make it a lot easier to remove the engine if I need to for repairs or maintenance.

Description: Another picture of the harness, and how I have it all mounted up. Bought special "push mount" zip ties from Napa to mount the harness back in the original holes where it was fastened to along the body and frame.

Description: The Honda voltage regulator that I bought from Nubs here on the forum. Spent quite a while drawing out wiring diagrams, figuring out how to merge the original harness and the Honda harness.

Description: Got the transmission in, all the axles bolted in and sealed up, chains ran, and adjusted, exhaust mounted back on.. figured out the wiring harness merger between the original setup, and the one I built to hook up to my Honda engine. Also got the throttle cable put back in the casing, after I broke the original cable in a test fit.

Description: A hole in the bottom of the tub by the middle axle on the drivers side of the machine.. If you look at the picture I uploaded of my frame, you'll see the corresponding damage on it in the same spot.. The best that I can figure is the sprocket came loose and moved over and spread the frame rail up and down and broke out the plastic.

Description: Decided to do something I haven't seen yet on any other machines in pictures... Paint the recessed areas in the grill black.. It bugs me sort of in pictures and on this machine until I painted it just seeing the grill the same color of the rest of the body.. Just masked off in the house then moved it onto the porch to paint..

Description: Test fitting the Honda motor to even make sure it'll be feasible to mount it to the frame in any way.. Yes, it's in my kitchen, but the lack of a shop to work in forces me to do everything from engine rebuilds to this kind of stuff inside my house..(I'm planning on renovating this summer/fall)
