Description: This was a wire photo of Scott Slonaker from 1970 ATV racing. I couldn't help it- had to buy the thing when JP told me it was on ebay. Scott was one of the very best, and a good guy. He usually stops in to see us at Pine Lake when we go out to play in June- always good to see him. We're trying to talk him into unpacking some of his pictures and video footage from the heydays of ATV racing so we can all see.

Description: Probably John Plessinger himself on the Tricart in these pics. A Terra Jet helping a racer off the track, a rare photo of a Trail Boss racing, and the kid in the Attex is Scott Slonaker- one of the very best in the sport.

Description: Another shot of the "Californian" Dunecycle and some machines being helped off the track. The Attex-on-a-hook is another family racer, but I won't say who. The kid in the Attex and yellow helmet is a much younger Don.

Description: Some shots of the pits at NATVA races of the early 70s. Lots of Tricarts and Tricubs around. The Super Dunecycle is the only machine I know of that beat the SPD dragster in the (unofficial) Saturday night drags. The girl with the trophy is my sister (Hydromike's Mom)- AATVs run in the family.

Description: ...with the majority of the work done, young Hydromike sat behind the sticks of the big machine. "I'll show them now.... I'll show them all!" he thought..... Just kidding. In reality, this is the Attex drag racer from the 70s. I found the picture in a file and I'm not sure where it came from.
