Another day or so and it should be makin' smoke. After a little work, the triple fits better than the twin ever did.It was a lot more work than I thought, but that's how it usually works!

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways , cigar in one hand, whiskey in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!!"

It's about 20 HP (bought it as a 24, but once it was cleaned up and the muffler was removed we found it was a different model) I'm hoping that won't be a problem- I'm thinking 20 should push it.

It took two shoe horns and a big hammer, but it just fits. There's about a half inch to spare between the bottom of the radiator and the body, and that's after a half-dozen mods to narrow it up.

      Thanks for the kind words!
